The Man Behind it All
Randy Bianchi
Owner and Operator
Randy Bianchi is the owner and operator of Top Gun Paver Restoration. In 2010, he pioneered the hardscape cleaning and maintenance industry in New England when he started a niche business called Hardscape Cleaning & Maintenance. There were so many hardscaping companies available to design & build patios, walks, driveways, and pool decks with the growing demand for pavers and slabs, but virtually no one was willing to clean, restore and maintain them.

After years of successful operation, he brought his business model to Bahler Brothers Inc of South Windsor, CT and launched a new division for them. Since they had been designing and building hardscapes since 1985, the cleaning & maintenance division was greatly needed in the market they served. Over several years, Randy became known as the go-to expert in his field. He provided consultation to numerous business owners on best practices and was also asked by Turf Magazine to write an article as an industry expert published in the magazine’s Spring 2020 issue.

In the Summer of 2020, Randy was asked to join the team at Techniseal, the leader in hardscape accessories since 1984, to operate the NY and New England territories. Due to his extensive knowledge of the products and processes of the business, coupled with the expert training he provided in the field, Randy doubled his territory sales in only two years, and in 3 years had grown sales 150% to $5M. During his tenure at Techniseal, he was also instrumental in helping several customers launch companies of their own in the hardscape maintenance field, in addition to facilitating training seminars at shows throughout the country.

Today, Randy is back at what he does best and enjoys the most; Restoring and Enhancing all your hardscapes with cutting-edge treatments designed to protect your investment for years to come. Randy has personally completed more than 800 hardscape restoration jobs and protected millions in customer investments since beginning in the industry. He will be happy to help you with your project!

Expert Tips
Joint Re-Sanding:
Failing joint sand, signified by growing weeds, moss, and ant hills/insects, along with all other joint contents are removed with pressurized water from a state-of-the-art extraction machine. Once the surface is dry, new high-performance Polymeric Joint-Sand is swept into the joints, and then compacted using a vibratory roller compactor. This process is repeated until the satisfactory density of polymers and sand is achieved. Sand is then activated with water in a specific process to ensure proper hardening and cure.
Cleaning & Sealing:
Surface is Cleaned and Prepared with formulated Cleaner to free the surface of any ground in dirt, efflorescence, staining or oxidation, and to open the concrete pores to “accept” the new sealer that will be applied. Using semi-gloss/satin, natural look, or color enhanced water-based sealers; the surface will be sealed to leave a water resistant, luxurious finish to protect from future staining, dirt, and environmental wear.
***Re-Sealing is not recommended any time before two (2) years from the date of original sealing. However, re-sealing every
3-5 years depending on usage/wear is optimal to maintain your investment and protect the surface from accelerated aging.
